Kalispell Glass

Kalispell Glass made a replacement glass table top for an antique wrought iron base that has been in my family for years. The old table was not perfectly square so they carefully torqued the base back to square and the new top fits perfectly. Great service and reasonable price. Thanks.

I was charged $70 for a 24" x 23" screen replacement that took about 5 minutes to repair. Women beware!

We used Kalispell glass and I could not be more disappointed. 1 year it took to get done. They would tell me they were coming and not even show up or even a phone call. 4 times this happened. They told me they had other more important client's. I have never left a bad review. I strongly advise you to use a different company.

Kalispell Glass supplied all the Jeldwen windows, lifetime guarantee, for this three bedroom house we built. Two large view windows lost their seal, condensation plus manufacturing debris sandwiched between panes, they were replaced, great! A third failed back in late Feb, was to have been replaced. It is late September now, nothing after several calls. Keith asked me “ they weren’t sent to you??” No, and how am I going to install a heavy window overhead alone when it took three men? Another month and nothing. Big window looks like a shower door after a shower, constantly.😡 Guess I’ll stop by tomorrow, no more polite calls. I don’t think it was ever ordered... I cannot recommend, although I would have.

We used Kalispell glass because after calling around they were the ones that could do the glass shower door that we wanted. The reason that I’m giving them three stars is that everything Was perfect with the glass door, but it was with the installation I’m not happy with. It has a Chrome rail that the glass slides across. And one the installers who is Kim had a helper with him and during the modification they put scratches in the chrome. Also the pieces that they mounted the chrome rail was not very well thought out. Looks like two blocks of wood, instead of trimming it out all the way around to make it look better and trying it in. Also when Kim came over he asked me for a stud finder, which living in a condo I gave all that kind of stuff away. To me he seemed totally unprepared to do the job. This was a 1800.00 dollar job. If I didn’t wait so long for the door from order it and finding someone to do the job I should of had them replace it. That’s on me. But I would use caution on the workmen ship.
